General Terms and Conditions
1. Application
These general terms and conditions govern all services provided by Dutypartner, org. no. 970513-8197 (“Dutypartner”). The terms complement the provisions found in the order confirmation. In case of any discrepancy between the provisions in the order confirmation and the general terms and conditions, the order confirmation shall prevail.
2. Services
Our qualified electricians at Dutypartner perform a wide range of electrical work, including lighting installation, troubleshooting, electrical panel management, oven and cooktop installation, and electric vehicle charger installation. Here are some examples of the services we offer:

3. Ordering and Confirmation
You can easily order our services by calling 0722 400 450, using the chat, or filling out a form on dutypartner.com or other local landing pages and brands operated by Dutypartner. The customer is responsible for informing whether the requested work is urgent or planned. An order confirmation will be sent via SMS after you, as the customer, have booked a service.
4. Execution of Services
Dutypartner undertakes to perform the ordered services within the agreed time and according to professional standards that comply with the law and industry practices.
5. Additional Work
Any additional work will be communicated by the technician to the customer for instructions. If contact with the customer cannot be established, the additional work may still be performed under certain conditions.
6. Materials
Dutypartner is responsible for purchasing necessary materials from approved electrical wholesalers, and the customer is charged according to the net list price with a 35% markup.
7. Billing
Fixed prices and billing per started half-hour apply to our services. See the current price list for more information. Emergency call-outs have a fixed cost, including up to two hours of work.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is made against an invoice with the specified due date (usually 15 days). Dutypartner reserves the right to obtain a credit report upon booking. The customer is responsible for payment unless otherwise agreed.
9. ROT & RUT Deductions
When using ROT/RUT deductions, this must be communicated at the time of order. The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information for the deduction. If approval from the Tax Agency is not obtained, the customer will be charged for the remaining amount. An administrative fee may apply when changing ROT/RUT deductions to insurance companies.
10. Right of Withdrawal under Law
Private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for planned work, provided that the work has not started. The right of withdrawal does not apply to emergency services.
11. Cancellation Policy
Emergency services are billed upon cancellation after registration, while planned work can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before execution.
12. Use of Subcontractors
Dutypartner has the right to use subcontractors to fulfill its obligations under the agreement.
13. Contract Duration
The terms apply from the confirmation of the order until the completion of the service and full payment.
14. Complaint of Errors
Any errors must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery, but no later than three years from the execution of the service. Dutypartner undertakes to remedy errors in the work free of charge, provided that this does not cause unreasonable costs for the company.
15. Limitation of Liability
Dutypartner is only responsible for direct damage caused by its electricians. The company is not responsible for incorrect information from the customer or damage caused by others than its own electricians.
16. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and used to fulfill obligations, administration, billing, and marketing of services. Data is only shared with partners when necessary.
17. Force Majeure
Dutypartner is released from the obligation to fulfill the agreement in the event of circumstances beyond its control, according to the Force Majeure clause.
18. Amendments
Amendments to the agreement must be approved in writing by both parties to be valid.
19. Applicable Law and Dispute
Any disputes may be resolved through the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or court, in accordance with Swedish law.
